What are the modalities of payment?
Purchasers can make highly secure and quick transactions through payment gateway services offered by Paypal. Such services allow payments worldwide with major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa-Electron, Diners, CartaSì, Eurocard, and Mastercard.
Cash on delivery is another alternative available only in Italian territories where cash payments are made upon delivery of the goods.
Purchase orders can also be made offline by sending the order form by fax on number +39.0184.448.694.
All our prices are listed in Euros and include Italian value added taxes (VAT).
How do you use the data of my credit card?
ARS uses for its store the e-commerce service of Bank Pass Web to guarantee the maximum safety for all transactions.
Ars uses the Paypal method that allows paypment by Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron credit cards.
Bank Pass Web is a system that allows making payments directly on-line by using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners credit card in a simple, fast and safe way. The credit card holders are highly protected since they give the credit card data (number and expiry date) directly to Bank Pass Web, and not to the store nor to the managing service provider. The bank then takes care of processing the data in the authorizing banking system, sending ARS the outcome of the transaction and informing the customer of the conclusion of the purchase.
What are the charges and delivery times for my order?
The shipping of ARS products normally takes place within 72 working hours from the reception of the order.
If the article is not available at the time of the order, the Customer is notified via e-mail about the estimated time of delivery.
Shipping fees for Italy are € 6 , while international fees are € 14.
Can I give back a product after receiving it? (Legislative decree 5185 of 22/05/99)
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our products, ARS guarantees to replace the article free of charge or to reimburse the entire amount paid.
To avail of the guarantee “Satisfied or your Money Back”, follow these simple instructions:
- Within a maximum of ten days after receiving the package you can send us your request to replace the purchased product or to reimburse the amount paid, provided that you indicate the reason why you wish to give the product back and that you inform us whether you want a substitution of the product or the reimbursement of the amount paid.

- ARS will arrange to have the substitute goods sent again to the customer, or will reimburse the entire amount of the order (excluding shipping fees) with a non transferable check. Should the replacement request be emanating from an error on our behalf (shipping of the wrong goods, damaged goods, etc.) we will also reimburse you the shipping fees.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
